Rick and his guys are the BEST! We had the same issue pop up a few weeks ago, Jackson Services came out and “fixed it”, apparently rewired things wrong, lied and said we had a leak and said we needed more coolant that couldn’t be found anymore. NOT TRUE!!!

I have had air conditioning problems for a a while, having tried multiple companies to repair my problem. Again this year, my house would not cool and I tried another service. Last year I had replace some of my air ducts due to animals getting under there and crushing the ducts. Still, it did not cool the house as it should. I called several companies, each who quoted a service fee to co.e out but no additional conversation. Airman Heating and Air talked to me, provided some thoughts and possible quotes. They came out, showed me how the ducts were connected to the unit by duct tape and insulation, which where soggy and pulled away from the unit. I was basically Heating the outside. They connected the ducts in a more permanent manner. Then showed me my coils, which were filthy, and they cleaned those. Last, they advised my intake vents were covered by furniture and in order to cool air, the unit needs to have air. I immediately moved the furniture out of the way, cleaned all air vents as well. (This is something I should have kniw, but grateful for the education.) Before they came, my house hit 77 degrees by noon and did not drop until 11 PM. Now it stays at 72 (exactly where it is set). I waited a week and half before I posted to ensure it was working. I will follow up as the summer continues to progress. Thanks Airman Heating and Air, I am able to work and enjoy down town in comfort!

I got a great quote from Airman. Rick and his guys did a full 2 system replacement, compressors, air handlers and all new duct work. It looks amazing and works great. I will be recommending them, and I will be using them from now on for all my HVAC and yearly maintenance.

My unit stopped cooling on Sunday; I called Air Man on Monday morning; Rick sent his Technician to my house Monday afternoon. The Tech diagnosed my unit and said it was completely gone. It had lasted 31 years. Rick and his team had my new unit installed on Tuesday afternoon. Excellent service, no downtime, no wait time. Plus Rick gave me a $200 discount. I have used Airman Heating and Air for over 25 years. I first met the owner Rick while I was teaching at Westminster Christian School. He serviced the air conditioning units for the church and school. After meeting him my husband and I hired him to help with our air conditioning units in our two story home in Midland. We have used him exclusively since that time.
Rick put in a new AC unit for us in our previous home and continued to service our AC units as needed. Rick is professional, courteous, honest and his pricing and labor costs are most reasonable. He has always been responsive and gets the job done in a timely manner. My husband and I highly recommend Airman Heating and Air. We had an older unit and Rick and Mark did an excellent job replacing it. When they hit a few snags with the switch, they both patiently worked through the issues until it was resolved. Highly recommend!!!
